Perfect spot to build your dream home/cabin close to the lake with the "deep water" cove of the lake!! Very nice community with nice established homes/cabins around. Many lakeside homes. The lake is only a short walk down the street, enjoy the sandy beach (sportsman access). One of the few communities that have access to the DEEP WATER cove portion of the lake, and accessible to water year around. Many other communities, the water tends to get shallow, unusable/accessible, mucky within a few months. Nicely wooded, level lot. No time limit on building.
